This workshop provides Board Members, Board Audit and Risk Committee members, County Executives, and CEOs with the tools necessary to function effectively and provide clarity on their roles and reporting responsibilities based on key legislation and leading practice.

Themed, "Sailing in the Storm," the workshop will explore a wide range of issues on the Governance of public and private sector organizations.

The workshop will help participants examine best practices useful in putting in place, effective Boards, Audit Committees, and Internal Auditors.

The case study-based workshop will address the particular professional development needs of new and existing Board Members, Board Audit and Risk Committee Members, and Internal Auditors.

• Exceptional performance for excellence.

This workshop will be held from October 2-6, 2023 at the Sarova Whitesands Hotel, Mombasa. Charges are KES 80,000. Members in attendance will be awarded 20 CPE Hours.
