Board Audit committees oversee quality of processes that inform, direct, manage and monitor the activities of the organizations towards achieving set goals on behalf of the board. It is important that Audit Committees make effective use of internal audit function in giving assurance on risk management, governance and internal control systems. This workshop will explore practical ways of building effective Board Audit Committees in line with legislative and regulatory guidance.

The workshop will cover:

The workshop will be from September 30- October 4, 2024, at the Sarova Whitesands Resort, Mombasa. Charges are KES 80,000 and KES 85,000 exclusive of VAT for members and non-members respectively. Members in attendance will earn 20 CPE Hours.
