Developing and maintaining Interpersonal Skills is essential to conducting or experiencing a well-planned, well-executed audit and providing valuable insight into an organization's systems and functions. Part of that all-important planning and execution is accounting for the human factors involved including communication, trust, and teamwork.

The value an organization gets from an audit will be much greater if there is a positive relationship between auditors and staff, and the overall experience will be more unifying and less disruptive. Make no mistake, the technical expertise of your auditor is crucial, but an auditor's interpersonal skills are equally important and far more often overlooked.

By participating in this webinar, Internal Auditors at all levels in the public sector, private sector, and not for profit making organizations will learn how to develop a better awareness of interpersonal skills, how friction arises, and how it affects the outcome of their work as an important first step. The webinar will explore considerations to help participants gather accurate information and make the whole process less stressful for both Internal Auditors and audit clients.

This FREE webinar will be held on February 24, 2023, virtually via zoom from 12 pm-1 pm (East African Time). Members in attendance will be awarded 1 CPE Hour. Register here: https://iiakenya-co-ke.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Ir86GjCxQV6z6hSiGoTeJw

Participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance after the webinar and will access the presentation material.
