The internal audit activity adds value to grants, funds, and projects administration and management by providing assurance that controls are operating efficiently and effectively throughout a grant's life cycle.

This workshop provides insights from the grantor and the grantee's perspectives and tools for auditing grants.

Key areas to be covered include:

• Life cycle for grant and activities for each phase.
• Administration and management processes for grantors and grantees.
• Planning engagements to assess grants.
• Risk and control matrix examples.
• A review of activities for internal auditors.
• Considerations to improve grant administration and management.

This virtual event will be held from October 12-13, 2023 via Zoom. Charges are KES 10,000 exclusive of VAT for Members and Non-Members. Members in attendance will earn 14 CPE Hours.
