The Leadership and Governance Workshop for Boards, Audit and Risk Committees, Heads of Internal Audit, and CEOS will be held from August 7-17, 2023 at the Courthouse Hotel, London, United Kingdom. The workshop is being held at a time when Boards and Audit Committees are under pressure to deliver in an increasingly complex environment. Boards and Audit Committees also have to understand how their organizations operate, their strategies, the risks they face, their role and culture as well as get the best from management if they have to deliver value.


This workshop is ideal for existing and new Board members, members of Audit Committees, CEOs, County Executives, and Heads of Internal Audit in the public sector, private sector, and not for profit making organizations. The workshop will discuss a wide range of issues affecting the Governance and Internal Audit Profession in Kenya and globally and provide benchmarking opportunities for internal auditors and audit committees in Kenya which will be critical in enhancing their skills and competencies.


The workshop will cover :

The workshop will be held from August 7-17, 2023 at the Courthouse Hotel , London, United Kingdom. Charges are KES 140,000 exclusive of VAT. Members in attendance will earn 20 CPE Hours.


Participants from Kenya require a visa to travel to the UK. Non-Kenyan participants are advised to check and apply for Visas in good time. Participants are required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and check COVID-19 travel requirements for visiting the UK.

The Institute of Internal Auditors Kenya is an accredited training provider with the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA). The NITA registration number is NITA/TRN/558(25b).
